Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area and five (5) years of appropriate experience. Relevant experience substitute for required education.

Master’s degree in Educational Research or Policy, Psychology, Education, or related social science fields and 5 years of relevant work experience.

Experience working with K-12 and higher education research, public policy, and/or relevant government entities

Manages and oversees administrative matters for CREP, including planning and managing regular research meetings with study personnel, consultants, and collaborators, and supervising day-to-day activities of the research team.

Duties & Responsibilities
Regularly communicates with internal and external research centers and partners who are collaborators on research projects to provide updates and manage any project delays. Updates Research Director and PIs on any issues that require attention. Evaluates and manages strategic plans for various projects/studies of CREP to ensure all grant project goals are being met in a timely manner. Supervises special projects in collaboration with the Research Director.

Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinates and manages logistical tasks associated with accepted proposals. Organizes materials for progress reports and grant submissions. Monitors and manages marketing efforts, including social media, digital marketing, and website.

Working closely with the Research Director and Budget Officer, initiates and organizes training and development for research staff, post docs and graduate assistants. Assists with compiling data and writing reports outlining the effectiveness of the research projects. Reviews and edits technical reports to ensure quality.

Manages IRB renewals for ongoing research projects both locally and with collaborating institutions. Recruits, supervises, evaluates, and coordinates all activities of research staff for various projects.
